Most of the carbs in O2 come from erythritol, which is a natural sweetener that goes largely undigested by the body and doesn’t contribute many calories. We use 14g of erythritol making the net carbs only 5g per can.
How often should I drink O2?
We recommend drinking O2 immediately following a workout, whenever that may be. It can also be used as a pick-me-up to rehydrate or get an energy boost any time of day.
