Two Ways To Start Your Recovery

Fuel your recovery with oxygenation

There’s nothing worse than being down for the count after a workout. You're sluggish, sore, and not motivated to do anything. With 7x the oxygen as normal water, O2 boosts the liver’s processing power by up to 60% helping you recover faster and feel noticeably less sore.

Keep your diet on track

and boost your recovery

Keeping your diet in check can be a struggle and takes a constant effort. With only 20 calories and 2g of sugar per can, you can enjoy an O2 after every workout and not stress about fitting it into your diet plan.

Hydrate faster with 2.5x more electrolytes

Feeling fatigued hours after you finish your workout leads to unproductive days and dreading your next workout. We’ve modeled our electrolyte formula off an IV bag to ensure you’re getting rehydrated as fast as possible so you feel better faster. O2 packs 2.5x the electrolytes as leading sports drinks like Gatorade to allow a faster recovery time.

A recovery drink created

by experts.

O2 was created by a CrossFit trainer and a doctor who were sick of the unhealthy drinks on the market. O2 uses a science-backed formula that’s free of artificial ingredients to get you back to your best self.

Why does drinking oxygen help me?

The pure oxygen in O2 (7X that of typical water) helps you recover faster by increasing the oxygen saturation of your liver's blood supply, increasing the oxygen flowing through the portal venous system in your stomach. This means your liver has extra power to process and clear toxins!

How is O2 oxygenated?

It's very similar to how you carbonate something, just a different gas. O2 is NOT carbonated though, making it easy to drink after a workout.

How does O2 have only 20 calories but 19g of carbs?

Most of the carbs in O2 come from erythritol, which is a natural sweetener that goes largely undigested by the body and doesn’t contribute many calories. We use 14g of erythritol making the net carbs only 5g per can.

How often should I drink O2?

We recommend drinking O2 immediately following a workout, whenever that may be. It can also be used as a pick-me-up to rehydrate or get an energy boost any time of day.
