How do I qualify for the free product?

To qualify, you must:

  • Purchase O2 Hydration during the live airing of the promotion, and
  • Submit a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) through our claim form.

Only purchases made while the offer is live on air are eligible.

When can I submit my claim?

You may submit your proof of purchase:

  • From the time of the live airing
  • Through February 25, or
  • Until 1,000 valid claims have been received (whichever comes first).

Once either limit is reached, the promotion will close and additional submissions will not be accepted.

Is there a limit on how many free products I can receive?

Yes. This promotion is limited to:

  • One free product per O2 Hydration product purchased on QVC

Only one approved claim will be fulfilled per order, even if multiple purchases or submissions are made with the same order number.

What counts as valid proof of purchase?

Your receipt or order confirmation must clearly show:

  • O2 Hydration product name
  • Purchase date (during the live airing at qvc.com, by phone at QVC or through the QR code linked during the airing)
  • QVC logo
  • Order number or transaction details

Photos or screenshots must be clear and readable.

How long does it take to review my submission?

Most claims are reviewed within 5 business days.

If approved, your free product will be processed for shipment and you’ll receive tracking information by email by March 11, 2026.

What happens if my submission is missing information?

If your receipt is unclear or missing required details, we’ll email you and ask for a clearer image or additional information before making a final decision.

What if the promotion reaches the 1,000 household limit?

Once 1,000 valid household claims are approved:

  • The promotion will close
  • Additional submissions will not be fulfilled, even if submitted before February 25
  • Claims received after the cap is reached will be marked ineligible

What if I purchased outside the live airing window?

Unfortunately, only purchases made during the live airing qualify.

Purchases made before or after the broadcast are not eligible for this promotion.

When will I receive my free product?

After your claim is approved:

  • Your free O2 Hydration will ship by March 11, 2026
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking email once it leaves our warehouse

O2 Hydration Free Product Promotion – Official Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

The promotion is sponsored by O2 Hydration (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of submission. Limit one (1) free product per case purchased. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

This promotion is valid only for purchases made during the live on-air broadcast in which the offer is presented (“Promotion Period”). Proof of purchase may be submitted through February 25, 2026, or until 1,000 valid claims have been received, whichever occurs first. Sponsor reserves the right to close the promotion early once the household limit is reached.

4. How to Participate

To receive a free product, participants must submit a valid proof of purchase through the official online claim form, including:

  • A legible receipt or order confirmation showing purchase of an O2 Hydration product
  • Date of purchase during the live broadcast
  • Retailer or store name
  • Complete shipping address and email address

All submissions are subject to verification and approval by Sponsor.

5. Limitations

Limit one (1) free product per case ordered on QVC during the live airing. Multiple submissions from the same household are valid as long as order numbers are different. Automated, fraudulent, or incomplete submissions are void. Ship to address for promotional product must match ship to address on QVC order.

6. Verification and Approval

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the authenticity and eligibility of all submissions. Sponsor may request additional documentation if a receipt is unclear or incomplete. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.

7. Fulfillment

Approved claims will receive one (1) free O2 Hydration product, shipped to the address provided. Delivery times may vary. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected shipments due to incorrect address information. Ship to address for promotional product must match ship to address on QVC order.

8. Promotion Cap

This promotion is limited to the first 1,000 valid, approved submissions. Once the cap is reached, no additional claims will be fulfilled, regardless of submission date.

9. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Submits altered or falsified receipts
  • Attempts to submit multiple claims from the same order
  • Provides inaccurate or misleading information
  • Engages in any activity deemed fraudulent or abusive

10. Substitution and Availability

In the event the advertised product becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value, or to discontinue fulfillment if inventory is exhausted.

11. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation in the promotion or receipt, use, or misuse of any product.

12. Privacy

Information submitted will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

This promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sponsor is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
