1. Sponsor.  This Sweepstakes is sponsored by O2 Hydration, 6545 Market Ave. North, Ste 100, North Canton, OH 44721 (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is in no way administered by, sponsored by, or associated with any social media or e-commerce platform.

2. Eligibility.  The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members, are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period.  The Sweepstakes begins on August 5, 2026 at 8:00am EST and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59pm EST (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter.  There are two (2) ways to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period, regardless of method.

(a) Online entry: During the Entry Period, visit drinko2.com, complete the sign-up form with your valid email address, and submit it to receive one (1) entry.

(b) Free alternate method of entry (AMOE — mail-in): Hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with sufficient postage to: “Win a Year of O2” Sweepstakes, O2 Hydration, PO Box 3034, Boulder, CO 80307. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 15, 2026 and received by September 22, 2026 to receive one (1) entry. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or late entries are void.

Entering the Sweepstakes online may add your email address to Sponsor’s marketing list; consent to marketing is not required to enter or win, and you may unsubscribe at any time. Automated, robotic, script, or bulk entries, and any entries that do not comply with these Official Rules, will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection & Odds.  One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, to be held on or about October 1, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor (or its designated representative), whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize & Approximate Retail Value.  One (1) Grand Prize: a twelve (12)-month supply of O2 products, consisting of twelve (12) monthly shipments of one (1) case of O2 Hydration. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $450. No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or prize component) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize. If the ARV of the prize is $600 or more, Sponsor may require the winner to complete an IRS Form W-9 and will issue an IRS Form 1099.

7. Winner Notification.  The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided with entry, on or about October 10, 2026. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legally permitted) a Publicity Release within 30 days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is found ineligible, or fails to return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected by random drawing from remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

8. Publicity.  Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, city and state of residence, and (with separate consent where required) likeness and voice for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

9. General Conditions.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or acting in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity, and in such case may select the winner from eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action taken. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws.

10. Release & Limitation of Liability.  By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered entries, or for technical or human errors of any kind.

11. Disputes & Governing Law.  Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

12. Privacy.  Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at drinko2.com/privacy.

13. Winner List.  For the name of the Grand Prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “Win a Year of O2” Sweepstakes — Winner Request, PO Box 3034, Boulder, CO 80307, to be received within [90] days after the Drawing Date.
