ShippingYou will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanges unless the item(s) was sent to you in error as outlined above. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product(s) to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and are not responsible for item(s) that are lost or damaged in transit.
Subscription Plan Policy
If a subscription is ordered within the first three weeks of the month, it will start immediately and continue every month thereafter until it is cancelled. If a subscription is ordered during the last week of the month, the subscription will start on the first day of the forthcoming month and continue every month thereafter until it is cancelled. A customer may cancel their subscription at any time using the link provided to them at checkout. All subscription sales are final.
Example: Dave ordered his subscription on January 10th, which is within the first three weeks of January. He will be charged immediately and the first package of his subscription will be shipped immediately to him. The next time he will be charged is February 1st, which is when the next package of his subscription will be shipped to him.
Lisa ordered her subscription on January 27th, which is within the last week of January. She will be charged immediately and the first package of her subscription will be shipped to her on February 1st. She will not be charged again until March 1st, which is when the next package of her subscription will be shipped to her.
